About Me

Kelsey received her massage therapy certification at the nationally acclaimed Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs. After studying massage for one full year, she graduated with over 1,000 hours of hands-on training and massage experience. She also has a BA in Sports Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. Kelsey has chosen Massage Therapy as her profession because she finds working one-on-one with each client very fulfilling and rewarding. Her areas of expertise are: Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage and Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage.

Kelsey was a former athlete having competed in volleyball, track, and continued basketball at the collegiate level. She has ran many road races ranging from 5k to full marathons that have taken her to places like California, Texas, Canada, and Ireland. With her background in athletics, Kelsey understands the therapeutic needs of today’s athletes. Her education, knowledge, and experience with the treatment of basic athletic injuries aid her in the evaluation and treatment of her clients.

Experience: Kelsey worked for the Denver Nuggets as their full-time onsite therapist providing mid-week and game-day treatments to the players for the 2015-17 seasons. She has provided massage therapy to many different athletes from NFL teams such as Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, and Chargers to professional fighters (MMA), triathletes, cyclists and runners.
